Why liked Shorts are hard to find

YouTube stores liked Shorts inside the same Liked Videos playlist as regular videos. Depending on the page layout, a Short may appear as a normal watch row, a Shorts URL, or a compact playlist item. That makes manual review slow when you have hundreds of liked entries.

Liked Library scans the playlist rows that YouTube loads into the page and classifies Shorts separately from regular videos, livestreams, and unavailable entries.

How to filter liked Shorts

  1. Open your YouTube Liked Videos playlist.
  2. Run a full scan while keeping the tab visible.
  3. Choose Shorts in the type filter.
  4. Optionally narrow by channel, title keyword, URL keyword, or duration.
  5. Export the Shorts list or clean up a reviewed filtered set.

Direct answer

To find liked YouTube Shorts, scan the Liked Videos playlist with Liked Library and choose the Shorts type filter. The extension separates detected Shorts from regular videos so you can review, export, or clean up the filtered list.
